The “Outstanding Physician” (Part-time) Professional Doctoral Program seeks exceptional specialized physicians who have completed standardized training and possess the competency of a senior attending physician. The program, through sub-specialty clinical competence enhancement training, aims to promote further professional capabilities, enabling participants to deliver high-quality clinical diagnostic and treatment services. Employing a Clinic-Driven Research (CDR) model, the program focuses on training in medical innovation and research, clinical translational research, and evidence-based research on disease prevention and control strategies. Additionally, there is an emphasis on strengthening leadership skills. By providing intensive training in three aspects—sub-specialty clinical competence, clinical scholar research capability, and leadership—the program aims to produce outstanding medical leaders with comprehensive competence in specialized clinical roles, clinical research abilities, and exceptional leadership skills. The goal is to cultivate physicians who can innovatively address clinical challenges, possess international competitiveness, and have interdisciplinary knowledge.
