Construction of an Intelligent Anesthesia Diagnosis and Treatment System Based on Perioperative Organ Function Protection:

1. Basic Research (Lab Research): Explore the mechanisms or related targets of organ function protection and the interactions among multiple organs, providing an innovative theoretical basis for optimizing perioperative management.

2. Clinical Research: Through various retrospective and prospective studies, explore precise anesthesia strategies that contribute to improving the surgical outcomes of critically ill patients, elderly patients and other patient groups.

3. AI Big Data Analysis: Utilize technologies such as machine learning to construct clinical prediction models and interpretation models for postoperative adverse events. Combine multi-center clinical verification studies to verify and popularize the constructed models.
