Research Focus

Long-term engagement in basic and clinical research on urinary calculi, specializing in minimally invasive treatments for complex and challenging urolithiasis cases. Extensive experience in managing complex urinary stones, polycystic kidney stones, solitary kidney stones, spinal deformities with renal calculi, and pediatric nephrolithiasis. Frequently invited to deliver presentations at the European Association of Urology Annual Congress, World Congress of Endourology, and International Alliance of Urolithiasis conferences. Delivers numerous lectures and live surgical demonstrations at domestic academic conferences annually. Regularly invited to hospitals nationwide for surgical guidance and exchanges. Awarded the title of "Outstanding Young Talent by the International Alliance of Urolithiasis" in 2018. Principal investigator of four provincial/ministerial-level research projects. Leads departmental teaching and research initiatives, promoting the advancement and application of minimally invasive techniques for urolithiasis, particularly ultrasound-guided percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL). In 2016, authored an online article recognized as the "Most Popular Article" on the "Jiu Jing" platform. Pioneered the use of needle-perc nephroscopy for pediatric renal calculi in China, achieving breakthrough therapeutic outcomes. First proposed the "30-Degree Puncture Principle" in China, providing a replicable theoretical framework for PCNL adoption in grassroots hospitals.
